General

1. Greenwood uses the Internet and CD/DVD together to give you the fastest multimedia playback.
2. It is recommended that Windows video display is set to 16-bit (65,536-colour) or above. Resolution at 800x600 or 1024x768.
3. Make sure the Windows font setting is set to SMALL.


2010, 2014 Standard Edition (single user):


Greenwood Browser 8.0 CD

Put the CD into your computer and it will automatically install. If not, on the CD double click on:

  Setup_GreenwoodStandardBrowser_8_0.exe



Greenwood 2010, 2014 Lesson DVD
Put the DVD into your computer and it will automatically install. If not, open DVD and double click on:

  setup_GreenwoodLessons2010_DVD.exe


 
After the installation, you need to instruct the Greenwood Browser where it can find the lessons you just installed. Here are the steps:

1.) open the Browser
2.) click on 'Go' then 'Technical support'
3.) click on Set hard drive letter
4.) select the drive letter where you installed the Lesson DVD

(You only need to do this once for each Browser.)

Option: (suitable for school servers)
For Lesson DVD, you can move all the lesson materials from the C disk drive that was originally install in to any other disk drive in your system.

For example:

from C:\GwOnline
to F:\GwOnline
 
Students must now access the lesson materials from hard disk drive 'F', instead of 'C'.    more details
