Problem with logging in?
You may need to use a Windows user's account with file
and directory creation privilege. You also need to enable cookies:
make sure your firewall, anti-virus program, proxy server and other software do not strip out cookies.
Being logged out by the system?
For security reasons, the Greenwood system is designed to
automatically log you out after about 3 hours of use. You
can simply log back in and continue your work.
Can't see pictures or hear voices in your assignments?
Make sure you have installed the Greenwood Lesson DVD into your computer's hard disk drive.
You have installed the DVD into the computer, but still no pictures or voices. Why?
Make sure you have specified the hard drive letter (e.g. 'C', 'D', etc.) so that
your online course can find the lesson materials installed in your computer. You can do this
by going to Set hard drive letter.
Your subscription card is not accepted by the system?
This might be due to someone gaining access to your subscription
card number and deposited the card into his own account.
Simply return this card, together with the proof
of purchase (i.e. the receipt) to the office where you bought
the card for an exchange at no charge.
Cannot receive emails from your instructors?
Make sure your email address in your personal Greenwood account is accurate.
System won't recognize your double-quotes (such as "hi")?
Instead of using double-quotes, try using single-quotes. For example, use 'hi' instead of "hi".
