Use picture to explain English as much as possible,
instead of relying on too much translation.
Let students think in English.

(The Canadian accent is considered by many to be the most comfortable and neutral;
it is between the American and British accents.)

3.) special focus on etiquette (manners), cultural and racial harmony, ethics
