Materials' Fee

CDs per student:	Cdn $25.00 / CD (in Canada) US $25.00 / CD (international)
Reference books:	Cdn $20.00 / set (in Canada) US $20.00 / set (international)

CDs and reference books can be downloaded for free.

(Canadian residents add 5% GST, BC residents add 12% HST)
